The AIDN-SA Management Committee are pleased to announce the launch of the inaugural AIDN-SA Young Achiever Awards (YAA).  The AIDN-SA YAA is generously sponsored by Defence SA, and the Encouragement Award is generously sponsored by Phil Hoffmann Travel. As this is the inaugural year for AIDN-SA, the odds of winning are pretty good!

About the Young Achiever Awards
Driven and talented young people are key to the future of the defence support industry. Since 2008, AIDN National has conducted the Young Achiever Award (YAA) to recognise individuals who can be the future industry leaders. The award is held at the AIDN Chapter level, and then each Chapter winner will automatically compete for the National YAA.

Who can enter the Young Achiever Awards?
The Young Achiever Awards are open to all members of the defence support industry, aged 30 years and under as of 1st of January 2018.  You and/or your organisation does not have to be a member of AIDN-SA.

Why should I enter?
Winning the AIDN-SA YAA and/or the AIDN National Young Achiever Award recognises your efforts and demonstrates your achievements and your potential to your colleagues, clients and future employers.  The overall winner of the AIDN National Young Achiever Award, through the support of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and Department of Defence will secure a place on the 2019 Defence Industry Study Course (DISC). This year, an Encouragement Award will also be presented.
